Motion carried 5 -0. <br />4. Consideration of and possible action on changing the criteria for applying for a facade <br />grant. Commissioners discussed the fagade grant criteria. Commissioners want to <br />receive a copy of the Historic Preservation Budget so they may discuss their options. The <br />general consensus was that the fagade grant should be offered to commercial building <br />owners only. Commissioners want to explore options of a point system and possibly <br />raising the grant amount. Britin Bostick stated she will provide the guidelines and <br />procedures that Main Street Advisory Board is adopting for their grant funds for <br />commission review to see if they would like to utilize the criteria. Motion was made by <br />Douglas Cox, seconded by Britin Bostick to table this item.
