Chairman Starrett stated keep in mind that address and <br />store hours are not computed in the allowable door signage. Motion was made by <br />Paul Denney, seconded by Douglas Cox to approve the COA. Motion carried 7 -0. <br />A. 34 Clarksville Street — Greg Wilson- Cheri Bedford, Main Street Manager, <br />represented the petition. Ms. Bedford stated Greg is proposing to put E Paris <br />above the door on the window. Motion was made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by <br />Matt Coyle to approve the COA. Motion carried 7 -0. <br />3. Discussion and possible action on accepting a bid for the painting of Farmers Market. <br />Cheri Bedford, Main Street Manager, stated a couple of months ago when I was here to <br />ask for donations for the grass Paul Denney asked if we had consider painting the <br />pavilion at Farmers Market and asked for bids for the painting. Ms. Bedford stated there <br />are two bids attached for your consideration. Chairman Starrett stated without the <br />balance of the line item the commission will be unable to move on this item. No action <br />taken. <br />4. Future agenda items. Item 3 to come back. Discussion item regarding a fly over to <br />check for water standing on Downtown buildings. <br />5.
