Motion was made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by Douglas <br />Cox to approve the COA contingent on the under canopy sign not going out past the <br />front edge of the canopy and there is to be no frosting placed on the glass of the front <br />door. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />Motion was made by Paul Denney, seconded by Ben Vaughan to recuse Douglas Cox <br />from item 3C. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />C. 946 South Main Street – Douglas Cox presented the petition. Mr. Cox stated he is <br />stripping down the windows and painting them white, will also be leveling the <br />chimney. Motion was made by Matt Coyle, seconded by Jerry Raper to approve the <br />COA as presented. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />Motion was made by Matt Coyle, seconded by Paul Denney to return Douglas Cox to the <br />meeting.
