B. 222 Clarksville Street — Janet Green — Motion was made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by <br />Jerry Raper to approve the fagade grant. <br />S. Discussion of and possible action on comparative language of'the Design Guidelines on signage <br />versus the Sign Ordinance. Ben Vaughan made a report to the commission on the conflicts between <br />the design guidelines sign requirements and the sign ordinance. Mr. Vaughan will come back with <br />more information at a future meeting. <br />b. Discussion of and possible action on setting standards, for Fa(ade Grants. Commissioners <br />requested standards be set forth for dispersal of fagade grant monies. City Staff to poll other cities <br />and come back with a proposal for commissioners. <br />7. Report, discussion and possible action on the final copy of the brochure for the Historic District. <br />No action taken. <br />8. Report f om Robert Talley, Code Enforcement Supervisor on Downtown properties. Robert Talley <br />made report to the commissioners regarding status of downtown properties. <br />9. Future agenda items. Requested City Attorney and City Manager are at next meeting to answer <br />questions. <br />10.
