Chairman Jack Ashmore went over the "To do List" with advisory members. Mr. <br />Ashmore stated the Southern Cross has fallen thru, so he has contacted the people in Mt. <br />Pleasant and they are interested in coming. Mr. Ashmore stated he will verify with them <br />and get back with staff on Monday. Because of liability to pilots and the City of Paris <br />they will not be offering airplane rides. Fred Williams stated he got in touch with the RC <br />people and they will be at the Fly -In. Jerry Coyle stated he can get a hold of the Red River <br />Valley Honkers and see if they can be there. Mr. Coyle further stated he also contacted <br />Eric Clifford and he will allow us to use the tables and chairs, he needs to know how many <br />we need. Also Mr. Coyle has contacted the Boy Scouts and they will do the parking for <br />the event. Chairman Ashmore has lined up the golf carts to transport people to the event. <br />Steve Gilbert asked for a list of sponsorship levels so he can solicit funding. Fred <br />Williams will make sure that a notice is posted on "Fun Places to Fly" notifying people of <br />the event. Board members decided to order 225 T -Shirts for the event. Jeanna Scott <br />stated that the Chamber of Commerce is donating the gift bags, pins and possibly a <br />bandana for the pilots who fly -in. <br />5. Request for future agenda items.
