The <br />main structure on the property was torn down but rubbish was left. Motion carried unanimously. 7 -0 <br />4. Update from Code Enforcement <br />(1) Don Wilson asked if the City Council passed the ordinance to hire a <br />structural engineer. This is not going to be addressed by the council until <br />the new budget year. <br />(2) The Commission asked about 260 S. Main, property owned by Kenny <br />Kammer. Robert stated that a structural engineer will be in town <br />Wednesday, June 20, 2012 to inspect the building. <br />(3) Robert Talley stated that Sanitation Solutions has the first list of work <br />orders of houses to be demolished and is half way done. <br />5. Don Wilson asked if the next BSC Meeting could be scheduled for July 12, <br />2012. As long as the council chambers are available the meeting will take <br />place on this date at 4:00pm. <br />
