Park, CA 95389 Robert Talley has talked to Mr. Albarran twice on the phone. Mr. Albarran has contacted someone to look at the property. Robert Talley stated there is a hole in the roof, shingles are coming off, the property is unsecure, the roof is deteriorated, and facial boards are rotting and the foundation and under penning are sinking. Robert Talley's recommendation: 90 days to demolish if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. Motion was made by Wendell Moore, seconded by Johnny Norris for the property owner to secure the property in 30 days, and make a decision to demolish or repair the property in 90 days, if not the property will be brought back to the Building and Standard Commission. Motion carried unanimously. 6 -0 I. 910 SE 5th, Lot 10, City Block 160 Owner: Renford Holmes, 1090 34th SE Paris, TX 75460 Robert Talley met the owner at the property. Mr. Holmes wants to repair the front structure and claims the back structure is not his. Robert Talley stated that the structure in the back shows to be on Mr. Holmes property but Mr. Holmes claims it's not. Robert will have to investigate this property and bring it back to the commission. Mr. Talley showed the commission pictures of the front structure and the structure is unsecure, has water damage, and support beams are missing. Robert Talley stated after talking to the property owner he went back by the property later and the property is secure and repairs have been started. Robert Talley's recommendation: 90 days to repair the property and if not the property will be brought back to the Building and Standard Commission. Motion was made by Ryan Lassiter, seconded by Zach Saffle to follow Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to repair the property in 90 days, if not the property will be brought back to the Building and Standard Commission.
