Park, CA <br />95389 <br />Robert Talley has talked to Mr. Albarran twice on the phone. Mr. Albarran has <br />contacted someone to look at the property. <br />Robert Talley stated there is a hole in the roof, shingles are coming off, the <br />property is unsecure, the roof is deteriorated, and facial boards are rotting and the <br />foundation and under penning are sinking. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 90 days to demolish if not the City has the right <br />to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Wendell Moore, seconded by Johnny Norris for the <br />property owner to secure the property in 30 days, and make a decision to <br />demolish or repair the property in 90 days, if not the property will be <br />brought back to the Building and Standard Commission. Motion carried <br />unanimously. 6 -0 <br />I. 910 SE 5th, Lot 10, City Block 160 <br />Owner: Renford Holmes, 1090 34th SE Paris, TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley met the owner at the property. Mr. Holmes wants to repair the front <br />structure and claims the back structure is not his. <br />Robert Talley stated that the structure in the back shows to be on Mr. Holmes <br />property but Mr. Holmes claims it's not. Robert will have to investigate this <br />property and bring it back to the commission. Mr. Talley showed the commission <br />pictures of the front structure and the structure is unsecure, has water damage, and <br />support beams are missing. Robert Talley stated after talking to the property <br />owner he went back by the property later and the property is secure and repairs <br />have been started. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 90 days to repair the property and if not the <br />property will be brought back to the Building and Standard Commission. <br />Motion was made by Ryan Lassiter, seconded by Zach Saffle to follow <br />Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to repair the <br />property in 90 days, if not the property will be brought back to the Building <br />and Standard Commission. Motion carried unanimously. 6 -0 <br />
