60 days to repair the structure. <br />Robert Talley stated that the property has been boarded up, the front porch is <br />swelling, and he found no leaks. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 60 days to repair the property and if not the <br />property will be brought back to the Building and Standard Commission <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Vicky Ballard to follow <br />Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to repair the <br />property in 60 days, if not the property will be brought back to the Building <br />and Standard Commission. Motion carried unanimously. 5 -0 <br />N. 468 NE 12th, Lot 1, Block 70 -C, City of Paris <br />Owner: Dolores Dixon, 349 6th SE Paris, TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley talked to Mrs. Dixon's son. <br />Robert Talley said the son asked for 60 days to find out what needed to be done to <br />the property. Robert stated that the house is sinking, the foundation is <br />deteriorating, unsecure and the shed is full of junk and trash. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 60 days to demolish if not the City has the right <br />to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Zac Saffle to follow Robert <br />Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the property in <br />60 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day <br />civil penalty to the property. Motion carried unanimously. 5 -0 <br />P. 448 NE 10th, Lot 3, Block 69 -B, City of Paris <br />Owner: David & Bertha Wallace % James Wallace, 2790 19" NW Paris, TX <br />75460 <br />Robert Talley has had no contact with the owner. <br />$1544.06 taxes owed. <br />Robert Talley stated that the property has missing wood, on one side of the house <br />the house is curving in and the other side it is curving out, deterioration around <br />doors, eave is missing, house starting to buckle and there is an old shed in the <br />back of the property. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right <br />to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Vicky Ballard, seconded by Zac Saffle to follow Robert <br />Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the property in <br />30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day <br />civil penalty to the property.
