She's going to try to make arrangement to <br />make payments with the City of Paris to demolish the house. <br />Robert Talley stated that the house is unsecure, has broken windows, house is <br />sinking, inside ceiling is leaking, porch wood is deteriorating, and the front porch <br />is dangerous. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right <br />to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Wendell Moore, seconded by Johnny Norris to follow <br />Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the <br />property in 30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a <br />$1000 per day civil penalty to the property. Motion carried unanimously. 5 -0 <br />R. 1001 E Grove, Lot 3A, Block 175, City of Paris <br />Owner: Grove Trust, J L Moore Trustee, 813 Simmons Dr. Euless, TX 76040 <br />Robert Talley spoke with Jeff Moore. Mr. Moore requested 90 days to repair the <br />structure. <br />Robert Talley stated that the house has a hole in the roof, broken windows, hole in <br />the porch, rotting wood, and the shingles are deteriorating. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 90 days to repair if not the property will be <br />brought back to BSC. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Vicky Ballard to follow <br />Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to repair the <br />property in 90 days, if not the property will be brought back to the Building <br />and Standard Commission. Motion carried unanimously. 5 -0 <br />S. 128 NE 10th, Lot 10, Block 32 -B, City of Paris <br />Owner: Patsy J. Tibbs, 3445 Reno Dr. Paris, TX 75462 <br />Robert Talley talked to Mrs. Tibbs and she agrees that structure need to be <br />demolished. Robert Talley stated the structure is bowing, cracking, sinking, <br />leaning, missing wood, under penning is popping off due to the structure sinking <br />into the ground, broken windows and the inside is leaking. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right <br />to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Wendell Moore, seconded by Johnny Norris to follow <br />Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the <br />property in 30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a <br />$1000 per day civil penalty to the property.
