If <br />the property is not demolished in 30 days the City may demolish, with a $1,000 <br />per day civil penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />E. 427 6th Street N.E.; Lot 22, City Block 61 - Motion was made by Johnny Norris, <br />seconded by Ryan Lassiter, to allow 90 days to repair. If the property is not repair <br />in 90 days the City may demolish, with a $1,000 per day civil penalty. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />F. 10047 tb Street N.E.; Lot 2 -C, Block 4, Pickard Addition - Motion was made <br />by Lee Ann Barbee, seconded by Vicki Ballard, to allow 30 days to demolish. If <br />the property is not demolished in 30 days the City may demolish, with a $1,000 <br />per day civil penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />G. 838 5th Street N.W.; Lot 9, City Block 99 - Motion was made by Vicki Ballard, <br />seconded by Johnny Norris, to allow 30 days to demolish. Motion carried unanimously. <br />L. 2527 Graham; Lot West Part of 4 and 5; Block 2, Sperry's 3rd Addition - <br />Motion was made by Chris Brown, seconded by Johnny Norris, to allow 90 days <br />to demolish. If the property is not demolished in 90 days the City may demolish, <br />with a $1,000 per day civil penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
