S. Discussion of and possible action regarding the following structures considered by code <br />inspectors to be in violation of Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and <br />Structures, " to determine whether such buildings or structures can be rehabilitated and <br />designated on the National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic <br />Landmark, or as historic property as designated by the City Council of the City of Paris: <br />A. 500 East Hickory; Lot 11, Block 1, Booth Addition <br />B. 209 East Center; Lot S, Block 20, Fairview Addition <br />C. 1126 East Houston; Lot 8-A, City Block 32 -C <br />D. 949 121h Street S.E.; Lot 19, Block 1, Gibbons - Braden Addition <br />E. 423 East Neagle; Lot 7 and 8, Block 3, Neagle Addition <br />F. 1690 West Shiloh; Lot I5 -16, Block 5, Colonial Addition <br />G. 1730 West Walker; Lot 4, Block-1, Colonial Addition <br />Motion was made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by Paul Denney, to send all structures to <br />the Building and Standards Commission for demolition since they cannot be rehabilitated <br />nor do they have significant historical value. Motion carried 4 -0. <br />6 Receipt of report from Historic Preservation Off cer. <br />Jeanna Scott reported to the Commission. <br />7. Request items for future agendas. Meeting with City Manager and City Attorney <br />regarding enforcement of ordinance governing the repair and demolition of Historic <br />Structures. Historic signs and their preservation. <br />8.
