Norment. Motion carried 4 -0.
A. 124 N. Main Street - Paul K. Denney. Paul Denney, 2435 Clark Lane,
asked for a revision of his previous COA. During demolition, a center
mullion was found. Mr. Denney feels that it is original and would like
to preserve it. The COA is exactly like the one that was presented
before except for the proposed facade change. He asked for approval
on 2 different door styles - the 5 panel solid door and the glass door.
The 5 panel door is probably safer considering that the neighborhood
is not very inhabited. Both designs are very much appropriate to that
era of building. The subcontractor is concerned about the big panes,
their window load, and deflections. Mr. Denney is also concerned
about vandalism. A smaller pane is a lot less expensive to replace. He
is still planning on using green paint. This style of dividing is on
Hunter Moore's cornerstone building. Motion was made by Sue
