Lancaster to approve the amended application based on physical <br />evidence uncovered during demolition, seconded by Becki Norment. <br />Motion carried 4 -0. <br />Motion for Paul Denney to return to the meeting was made by Claudia <br />Hunt, seconded by Becki Norment. Motion carried 4 -0. <br />Motion was made to recuse Beck! Norment by Claudia Hunt, seconded <br />by Paul Denney. Motion carried 4 -0. <br />B. 115 S. Main Street- Becki Norment. Becki Norment state that, like Paul <br />Denney said, you don't know what you are dealing with until you get it <br />torn out. She would like to keep the same design that was approved, <br />but wants to recess the front facade about 4', and the primary entrance <br />will recess a bit further. The proposal is similar to Dr. Hayden's <br />museum. She cited issues with concrete levels at the entrance, and <br />Lisa Wright advised the Commission that she had been on site and <br />observed the levels, and they are considerable. Motion to approve the <br />COA was made by Paul Denney, seconded by Sue Lancaster. Motion <br />carried 4 -0. <br />Motion was made for Beck! Norment to return to the meeting by Claudia <br />Hunt, seconded by Sue Lancaster. Motion carried 4 -0. <br />- - -- CONSENT AGENDA - - - -- <br />3. Discussion of and possible action regarding the following structures <br />considered by code inspectors to be in violation of Article 111 of Chapter 7 of <br />the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled <br />"Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures," to determine <br />whether such buildings or structures can be rehabilitated and designated on <br />the National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic <br />Landmark, or as historic property as designated by the City Council of the <br />City of Paris: <br />A. 4800 block of Lamar Avenue <br />B. 4800 block of Lamar Avenue <br />C. 578 15th Street S.E. <br />D. 1274 15th Street S.E. <br />Motion was made by Sue Lancaster, seconded by Claudia Hunt, for all of the <br />structures to be referred to the Building and Standards Commission for <br />
