Lancaster to approve the amended application based on physical evidence uncovered during demolition, seconded by Becki Norment. Motion carried 4 -0. Motion for Paul Denney to return to the meeting was made by Claudia Hunt, seconded by Becki Norment. Motion carried 4 -0. Motion was made to recuse Beck! Becki Norment state that, like Paul Denney said, you don't know what you are dealing with until you get it torn out. She would like to keep the same design that was approved, but wants to recess the front facade about 4', and the primary entrance will recess a bit further. The proposal is similar to Dr. Hayden's museum. She cited issues with concrete levels at the entrance, and Lisa Wright advised the Commission that she had been on site and observed the levels, and they are considerable.
