James Allcorn proposed two signs —one on the west side of the building facing the parking lot and one on the northeast corner above the door. The signs are hand -made of wrought iron. Arvin Starrett stated that the sign is within the sign ordinance requirements and the materials, size, and placement are okay under the guidelines.
