He stated that there are two <br />playgrounds that need canopies over them to keep the sun out. The <br />color of the canopies will match the building so that they will appear to <br />disappear. Motion was made to approve the COA by Brian Wear, <br />seconded by Ann Rogers. Colson and Philip M. Wells - Ms. Colson <br />advised the Commission that they are proposing a 30" x 48" sign to be <br />placed at the front of the property.
