Ms. Susan Walker, on Board of Directors, shared personal experience that she had here in Paris. She provided assistance with the type of person that this organization will assist. Ms. Betty Kildahl, Rt. 1, Box 228, Sumner, speaking for the church across the street, opposed the petition. She understands the need and the house is big enough but she thinks a verbal agreement for the drive is not good enough. She wonders how the organization is funded and if it fails, what happen to the house? Mr. Jerry Harting, 1213 Pine Bluff, lives across the street and is very familiar with traffic problems in the area. He feels the home is a good idea but questions if this is a good location due to parking. He thinks only 3 cars can park there. The Planning and Zoning Commission questions the limit on number of residents and parking problem. There was no further opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. 11. Consideration of and action on the recommendation of Cindy G. Bowlin for a change in zoning from a Two - Family Dwelling District (2F) to a Two - Family Dwelling District (2F) With Specific Use Permit (24) Institutions of Religious Nature, Lot 1, City Block 32, being number 1202 Pine Bluff. Motion to table was made by Curtis Fendley and seconded by Marshall Kent. Motion carried by a vote of 6 ayes and 0 nays. 12. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Donald Lewis for a change in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3), Lot 18, City Block 501. The public hearing was declared open. Mr. Donald Lewis, Rt.10, Box 7410, Paris, spoke in favor of the petition stating the property was recently annexed and he wants to rezone to six One - Family Dwelling District lots for patio homes. There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. 13. Consideration of and action on the recommendation of Donald Lewis for a change in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF- 3), Lot 18, City Block 501. Motion was made to approve by Curtis Fendley and seconded by Michael Dangerfield. Motion carried by a vote of 6 ayes and 0 nays. 14. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Linda Stephens for a change in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a Commercial District (C) With Specific Use Permit (54) Signs and Billboards, Lot 14, City Block 306 -C, being the 5600 Block of 271 North.
