Public Hearing to consider the petition of Jerry Pitcock for a change in zoning from a <br />Light Industrial District (LI), to a Light Industrial District (LI) With Specific Use <br />Permit (53) Automobile Storage Facility, Lot 18, City Block 324, being number 2820 <br />NW Loop 286. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />There was no one present to speak in favor of or in opposition to the petition. <br />The public hearing was declared closed. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the petition of Jerry Pitcock for a change in zoning <br />from a Light Industrial District (LI), to a Light Industrial District (LI) With Specific <br />Use Permit (53) Automobile Storage Facility, Lot 18, City Block 324, being number <br />2820 NW Loop 286. <br />Motion was made to table by Curtis Fendley because the petitioner was not present and <br />seconded by Bill Coleman. Motion carried by a vote of 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />9. Public Hearing to consider an amendment to the Master Plan deleting Pine Mill Road <br />extension from Collegiate Drive to 20`h NE. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />Earl Smith, the city engineer, stated that development has occurred that makes ROW cost <br />prohibitive. <br />The public hearing was declared closed. <br />10. Consideration of and action on recommendation to the City Council on an amendment <br />to the Master Plan deleting Pine Mill Road extension from Collegiate Drive to 201h NE. <br />Motion was made by Curtis Fendley to table until receipt of the Master Plan and seconded <br />by Reeves Hayter. Motion carried by a vote of 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Bill Coleman and Louis Yates were excused from the meeting. <br />11. Consideration of and action on the Replat of Lot 15, City Block 286, N. Collegiate. <br />Motion was made to approve by Curtis Fendley, subject to the city engineer's memo dated, <br />April 3, 2000, and seconded by Michael Dangerfield. Motion carried by a vote of 6 ayes and <br />0 nays. <br />Meeting adjourned at 6:35. <br />Earl Smith <br />
