Presentation of "public hearing report" of the Comprehensive Master Plan represented <br />by Bucher, Willis & Ratliff. <br />Mr. Scott Michie, of Bucher, Willis & Ratliff, presented the "Public Hearing Draft" of the <br />Master Plan. <br />A public hearing has been set for September 5, 2000. Motion was made by Bill Coleman <br />and seconded by Louis Yates.
