Public Hearing to consider the petition of John House for a change in <br />zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Two - <br />Family Dwelling District (2F), Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Eastside Addition, <br />being numbers 44 and 104 21St SE. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />John House spoke in favor of the petition stating that he wants to tear <br />down the old house there and build a new duplex on one lot. He will <br />later tear down the old house on the other lot also, and build a new <br />duplex on it. Mr. House stated that he owns property to the south and <br />across the street. <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />5. Consideration of and action on the petition of John House for a change <br />in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Two - <br />Family Dwelling District (2F), Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Eastside Addition, <br />being numbers 44 and 104 21St SE. <br />Motion was made to approve by Marshall Kent and seconded by Curtis <br />Fendley. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br />6. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Robert and Melissia Giberson <br />for a change in zoning from a Two - Family Dwelling District (2F) to a <br />One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) With Specific Use Permit <br />(39) Mobile Home, Lot 39, City Block 83, being number 956 West <br />Cherry. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />
