Planning and Zoning Meeting <br />March 5, 2002 <br />Page 3 <br />Robert Giberson spoke in favor of the petition stating that his <br />grandparents own and live in the house east of this location. The <br />Giberson's want to care for the grandparents but they live in <br />Clarksville in a trailer park. Robert Giberson wants to move the mobile <br />home to Paris so they can help his grandparents out. Robert stated this <br />would be a permanent home site. <br />Donna Swindle, Mr. Giberson's grandmother, stated that he was a good <br />young man and he would work hard for his grandparents. <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the petition of Robert and Melissia <br />Giberson for a change in zoning from a Two - Family Dwelling District <br />(2F) to a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) With Specific Use <br />Permit (39) Mobile Home, Lot 39, City Block 83, being number 956 <br />West Cherry. <br />Motion was made to approve by Bobby Myers and seconded by <br />Cleveland Thomas. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br />8. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Ron Gowin for a change in <br />zoning from a Commercial District (C) to a Commercial District (C) <br />With Specific Use Permit (49) Auto Fuel Sales, Part of Lot 27 -B, City <br />Block 251, being number 2335 North Main. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />Ron Gowin spoke in favor of the petition stating that he wants to build <br />a new Church's Fried Chicken with a 4 pump automated, Shell, gas <br />service. <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />9.
