Planning and Zoning Meeting <br />March 5, 2002 <br />Page 4 <br />With Specific Use Permit (49) Auto Fuel Sales, Part of Lot 27 -B, City <br />Block 251, being number 2335 North Main. <br />Motion was made to approve by Curtis Fendley and seconded by Bobby <br />Myers. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br />10. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Roddy and Linda McCarrell <br />for a change in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a <br />Commercial District (C) Lot 2, City Block 317 -A, being the 4100 Block <br />of Pine Mill Road. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />Roddy McCarrell spoke in favor of the petition stating that he wants to <br />build a banquet meeting room with paved parking. The building would <br />be approximately 2,500 to 3,000 square feet, something similar to what <br />Dr. Hayden has built in West Paris. The building would be brick. <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />11. Consideration of and action on the petition of Roddy and Linda <br />McCarrell for a change in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to <br />a Commercial District ©) Lot 2, City Block 317 -A, being the 4100 Block <br />of Pine Mill Road. <br />Motion was made by Curtis Fendley to approve the zoning with an <br />amendment, to the Master Plan and seconded by Marshall Kent. <br />Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Meeting adjourned at 7:00. <br />
