Planning and Zoning Meeting <br />March 4, 2003 <br />Page 2 <br />Manufactured Home, Lots 23 and 24, Block 3, Cedar Hill Addition, <br />being number 1115 28th NW. <br />Motion was made to approve by Curtis Fendley and seconded by Bobby <br />L. Myers, subject to the 2 lots being platted into 1 and the home being <br />double wide. Motion carried by a vote of 6 ayes and 0 nays. <br />4. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Cheryt Moore for a change <br />in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) to a One - <br />Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) With Specific Use Permit (39) <br />Manufactured Home, Lot 40, City Block 297, being number 3110 19th <br />NW. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />Ms. Moore spoke in favor of the petition stating that she wants to place <br />a mobile home on the lot next to her so that she can take care of her <br />grandmother who would live at this location. <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />5. Consideration of and action on the petition of Cheryt Moore for a <br />change in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) to <br />a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) With Specific Use Permit <br />(39) Manufactured Home, Lot 40, City Block 297, being number 3110 <br />19th NW. <br />Motion was made to approve as a double wide home by Bobby L. Myers <br />and seconded by Marshall Kent. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and <br />1 nay. <br />
