MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLANNING AND <br />ZONING COMMISSION <br />APRIL 7, 2003 <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission met Monday, April 7,2003,5:30 P.M., <br />Paris Junior College, Applied Technology Building, Room 1206, 2400 <br />Clarksville Street, Paris, Texas with the following members present: <br />1. Reeves Hayter 4. Barbara Forrest <br />2. Cleveland Thomas 5. Bobby L. Myers <br />3. Louis Yates, Jr. 6. Curtis Fendley <br />Steve Methven, the building official was also present. <br />The meeting was called to order by Reeves Hayter. <br />1. The minutes from the March 3, 2003, regular planning and zoning <br />meeting were approved with a motion by Curtis Fendley and seconded <br />by Bobby Myers. Motion carried by a vote of 6 ayes and 0 nays. <br />2. Public Hearing to consider the petition of William Gaffney for a change <br />in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a One - <br />Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) With Specific Use Permit (39) <br />Manufactured Home, Lots 6 and 7, Block 1, Cedar Hill Addition, being <br />number 915 28th Street NW. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />Mr. Scott of the manufactured homes sales plans to place a 2036 square <br />foot, double -wide manufactured home on a concrete foundation with all <br />city services at this location for the Gaffneys. A two car driveway will <br />also be installed. <br />Donald Beasley, a neighbor, stated that he was in favor of this <br />manufactured home. <br />
