His back yard privacy <br />will also be directly affected by the construction of the duplexes. <br />Mr. McFadden stated that his family has always owned rental property <br />as long as he can remember and he has experience in screening <br />applicants for renters that are high caliber. <br />Mr. Lucas asked about the potential design pictures, if the duplexes <br />would be similar and what the variance would be. <br />Mr. McFadden stated that he could not say absolutely that it would be <br />the one that he would go with, but it would be a two bedroom two <br />baths, brick veneer. <br />No further opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />9. Consideration of and action on the petition of Jon McFadden for a <br />change in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to <br />a Multiple - Family Dwelling District No.1 (MF -1), Lots 9 and 9C, City <br />Block 257 -D, being numbers 344 and 364 27t' NE. <br />Motion was made to deny the petition for Multiple Family zoning by <br />Russell McCain, seconded by Reeves Hayter. Motion carried to deny <br />6 ayes and 0 nays. <br />10. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Betty Beezley for a change in <br />zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a One - Family Dwelling <br />District No. 2 (SF -2), Pt. of Lot 10, City Block 317, being the 2200 Block <br />of NE 36" Street. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />
