Consideration of and action on the Replat, Lots 5, 6, and 8, Stone Ridge, <br />Phase 1. <br />Motion was made to approve the replat by Marshall Kent seconded by <br />Bobby Myers, subject to the City Engineer's Memo dated February 27, <br />2004. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br />5. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat, Cadillac Place <br />Subdivision. <br />Motion was made to approve the final plat by Bobby Myers seconded <br />by Marshall Kent, subj ect to the City Engineer's Memo dated February <br />27, 2004. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat, House Addition (CB 218- <br />A), being the 1300 Block of West Austin. <br />Motion was made by Russell McCain seconded by Marshall Kent to <br />approve the final plat but deny the variance on curb and gutter, subject <br />to the City Engineer's Memo dated February 27, 2004. Motion carried <br />by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m. <br />
