He is trying to paint his business now <br />and he does not want to paint it and cause these people drastic <br />problems. <br />There was no further opposition, the public hearing was declared <br />closed. <br />18. Consideration of and action on the petition of the Historic Preservation <br />Commission for a change in zoning to include a Historic Overlay <br />District No. 8 (HD) on Lot 1, City Block 118, being located at 357 W. <br />Kaufman Street. <br />Motion was made to approve as Historic Overlay District No. 8 by <br />Bobby Myers, seconded by Brad Archer. Motion carried by a vote of <br />8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />19. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat, The Residences on <br />Stillhouse. <br />Motion was made to approve the Final Plat by Bobby Myers, seconded <br />by Carl Lucas, subject to the City Engineer's Memo dated, July 29, <br />2004 including a utility easement added to the plat. Motion carried by <br />a vote of 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />20. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 4, Block C, <br />Townwood Estates #3. <br />
