Planning and Zoning Minutes <br />.luly 7, 2005 <br />Page 2 <br />4. Consideration of and action on the petition of Clay Yates for a change <br />in zoning from a Light Industrial District (LI) to a One - Family <br />Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) on Part of Lot 4, City Block 188 -A, <br />being number 1345 8th Street S.E. <br />Motion was made to approve by Carl Lucas, seconded by Bobby <br />Myers. Motion carried 6 ayes and 0 nays. <br />5. Public Hearing to consider the site plan approval requested by Todd <br />Stephens, on Lot 13C, City Block 259, located on North Collegiate <br />Drive. <br />Motion was made to bring this item from the table by Bobby Myers, <br />seconded by Brad Archer. Motion carried by a vote of 6 ayes and 0 <br />nays. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />Todd Stephens, 2910 Meandering Way, requested an approval on the <br />site plan. Mr. Stephens stated that he will contain water on his <br />property so that it does not drain onto the neighbors property. <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the site plan approval requested by <br />Todd Stephens, on Lot 13C, City Block 259, located on North <br />Collegiate Drive. <br />Motion was made to approve the site plan request by Brad Archer, <br />seconded by Carl Lucas, subject to the City Engineer's Memo dated <br />June 20, 2005, and with the stipulation that water at the Southwest <br />corner be re- routed or otherwise so that it will not run onto the <br />adjoining property. Motion carried 6 ayes and 0 nays. <br />
