Planning and Zoning Minutes <br />July 7, 2005 <br />Page 3 <br />1 <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat on Lot 1, Block <br />1 of Paris CVS Addition. <br />Motion was made to approve by Carl Lucas, seconded by Brad <br />Archer, subject to the City Engineer's Memo dated, June 29, 2005, <br />with drainage to accommodate that shown on Master Drainage Plan. <br />Motion carried 6 ayes and 0 nays. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat for Brandywine <br />Business Park on Lot 11 -E, City Block 316, located on Pine Mill <br />Road. <br />Motion was made to approve by Carl Lucas, seconded by Bobby <br />Myers subject to the City Engineer's Memo dated, June 29, 2005. <br />Motion carried 6 ayes and 0 nays. <br />9. Consideration of and possible action on amendments to the Future <br />Land Use Map, which is a part of the Comprehensive Plan, as it <br />relates to the northwest quadrant of Paris. <br />After review and discussions, a marked up map was given to the <br />Director of Community Development and she was requested to have <br />Engineering draw up a draft of West Paris showing all the <br />recommendations to date. She was also asked to place an East Paris <br />quadrant on the next meeting agenda. <br />Meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m. <br />
