Motion made by Richard Hunt, seconded by Benny Plata to approve the changes to the Future Land Use Map. Motion carried 5 -0. No action taken on item 4. 6. Public hearing to consider the petition of Jeff Martin for a change in zoning from a Planned Development District (PDa:)g Retail Shopping Center or Once Center to a General Retail District (GR) on Lots part of 9 and 9A, City Block 331, being located in the 3700 block- of Bonham Street. Public hearing declared open. The following individuals spoke in favor of the petition: A. Jeff Martin, 3410 Darnell Dr., spoke in favor to the petition. Building a Subway restaurant with concrete parking with curb and gutter. Robert Howard, owner of property located on Hwy. 82, emailed letter in favor of the petition. B. No one spoke in opposition. Public hearing was declared closed. No action taken on this item. 7. Consideration ofand action on the Preliminary Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block A, William deG Hayden 312 Addition, being number 930 Cardinal Lane. Motion was made by Richard Hunt, seconded by Bill Harris to approve the plat. Motion carried 5 -0. 8. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots I and 2, Block A, William deG Hayden 312 Addition, being number 930 Cardinal Lane. Motion was made by Richard Hunt, seconded by Bill Harris to approve the plat. Motion carried 5 -0. Motion was made by Bill Harris, seconded by Benny Plata to return Reeves Hayter to the meeting. Motion carried 5 -0. 9. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, the Temple of Deliverance Church Addition — CB53, being located in the 500 Block of Graham. Motion was made by Curtis Fendley, seconded by Benny Plata, to approve the plat subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0.
