Motion carried 6 -0. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Paris Towne Center <br />287 Addition, being number 3552 Lamar Avenue. Shawn Napier stated that Oncor is <br />requesting additional easements along the side and back of the property. Motion was <br />made by Richard Hunt, seconded by Bill Harris to approve the Preliminary Plat, subject to <br />the City Engineer's recommendations and with the additional easements requested by <br />Oncor. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />9. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Paris Towne Center 287 <br />Addition, being number 3552 Lamar Avenue. Motion was made by Richard Hunt, <br />seconded by Bee Gannon to approve the Final Plat, subject to the City Engineer's <br />recommendations and with the additional easements requested by Oncor. Motion carried <br />6 -0. <br />10. Deliberate on an ordinance prohibiting the installation of mobile homes within the city and <br />requiring a permit for the construction of, addition to or extension of a HUD -code <br />manufactured home park (formerly called a mobile home park) and requiring a license to <br />operate a HUD code manufactured home park and setting forth the site requirements, <br />HUD code manufactured home park standards and other prerequisites to the issuance of a <br />permit or license, providing definitions, and prescribing regulations for management of <br />HUD -code manufactured home parks and providing fees, and containing penalties for the <br />violation of this ordinance and containing a severability clause. <br />Commissioners reviewed and discussed draft ordinance. Commissioners schedule a <br />meeting for the sub - committee to review the ordinance. Bee Gannon was added to the <br />sub - committee. The commissioners directed the sub - committee to review the ordinance <br />and bring back the draft at the June 1, 2009 meeting. <br />11.
