Britin Bostick, 222 E. Hickory, We Reit, LLC, Ms. Bostick presented the petition <br />requesting the commissioners grant the Future Land Use Plan Map change. <br />No one spoke in opposition. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Bill Harris, seconded by Bee Garmon to approve the change to the <br />Future Land Use Plan Map. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />B. That the fixture land use recommended.for the property located on Lots 12 and 13, <br />Block 1, Stellrose Addition, being number 2232 Simpson Street, be changed from Low <br />Density Residential to High Density Residential. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />The following individual spoke in favor of the petition. <br />Rusty Wells, 4000 Stillhouse Road, Paris, Texas 75462, Ms. Wells stated she is <br />representing her son Damen Wells. Ms. Wells further stated there is a duplex located one <br />house down on the same row as their lot, and the proposed duplex would be consistent with <br />the neighborhood. <br />Johnny Lee, 2306 Simpson, Mr. Lee stated he had questions regarding the proposed duplex <br />and how it will be placed on the lot. The lot appears to be narrow; Mr. Lee would like to <br />see the plans of the duplex. <br />No opposition present. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Bee Garmon, seconded by Keith Barnett to approve the change to the <br />Future Land Use Map. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />4. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of We Reit, LLC for a <br />change in zoning from a Public Lands and Institution District (PLI) to a Central Area <br />District (CA) on Lot 11, City Block 180, being number] 06 East Kaufman Street. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />The following individual spoke in favor of the petition. <br />Britin Bostick, 222 E.
