A motion was made by <br />Mark Buster, and seconded by Vic Ressler, that the City of Paris should <br />not require insurance on private hangars by the lessee. The motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />V. Status of the RAMP Grant including painting of Hangar Hand security <br />cameras. <br />Tommy Haynes reported that Hangar H has been completely painted <br />by prisoners from the Bonham facility. Security cameras have been <br />installed to cover the ramp area and parking lot. The RAMP Grant <br />covered 50% of the cost. <br />VI. Status of, review of, and possible action regarding the self - service <br />pumps at Cox Field. <br />Roddy McCarrell with Paris Pump gave a presentation on a self service <br />system. The system costs $14,000 with a $2,000 startup charge. System <br />handles all major credit cards. Pump is separate and would cost <br />approximately $2,200. Installation would be about $5,000. The total <br />cost would be between $23,000 and $25,000. <br />Jerry Richey advised the board that he had received a quote from <br />another source for $12,500. <br />The FBO will check with the two systems that have been proposed and <br />make a recommendation to the City Council through the Airport <br />Advisory Board. <br />VII. Discussion of and possible action on recommending development of a <br />Cox Field Brochure by Paris Economic Development Corporation. <br />The Board should send representatives to the Chamber of Commerce <br />to recommend the development of advertisements to develop the airport. <br />
