MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE <br />AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD <br />Tuesday, May 21, 2002 <br />6:30 PM <br />1. The Airport Advisory Board Meeting was called to order by <br />Chairman Victor Abeles at 6:30 P.M. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Victor Abeles <br />J.W. Ashmore <br />Rod Kosterman <br />Don Morrell <br />James Proctor <br />J. B. Richey <br />B. Member absent: <br />Eric Clifford <br />Andrew Faskin <br />Vic Ressler <br />C. Also in attendance were: <br />Tommy Haynes, Airport Director <br />Jim Collier, Airport Manager <br />Jerry Richey, FBO Manager <br />Brad Stallings <br />II. The Minutes of the April 23, 2002, meeting had been distributed to <br />the directors with the agenda for this meeting. A motion was made <br />by J. W. Ashmore, seconded by J.B. Richey and unanimously <br />approved to accept the minutes as presented. <br />III. The Private Hangar Policy was left on the table and a motion by J.W. <br />Ashmore, seconded by J.B. Richey to remove this item from future <br />agendas until such time as a member of the board requests that it be <br />put back on the agenda and prepared to discuss. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />IV. Status of the 8" Water Line Project: <br />Mr. Haynes reported that the project has been completed and the <br />construction company is doing the final cleanup work at this point. We <br />plan to install two (2) frost -free faucets to allow people to wash their <br />
