HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PARIS REG ULAR MEETING BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING 100 GEORGE WRIGHT HOMES MINUTES OF July 21, 2015 Present at the Meeting: Gary Savage — Vice Chairman of the Board of Commissioners Dewayne Dangerfield — Commissioner of the Board of Commissioners Brenda Cherry — Commissioner of the Board of Commissioners Cassandra Hearn — Commissioner of the Board of Commissioners Joe McCarthy — Hearing Officer Denny R. Head — Former Executive Director Sally Ruthart — Executive Director Patricia Pridemore — Program Manager Elizabeth Brooks — Finance Manager Kelly Crawford - Social Service Coordinator Meeting Called to order at 12:39 pm on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 by Vice Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, Gary Savage. Having four Board Members present, a quorum, Mr. Savage thanked and welcomed everyone to the meeting. Election of Officers was moved down on agenda due to Ms. Braswell not in attendance and considering she might be late to the meeting. Minutes from the May 19, 2015 Minutes stood as read after a question from Ms. Cherry regarding the "on again — off again" REAC Inspection and HUD's use of our prior REAC Inspection. Mrs. Ruthart explained that the REAC inspection has been scheduled and rescheduled and now is set for August 10`x', 2015. The score from the last REAC inspection will be used for the FYE 6/30/2015 due to the fact that REAC is supposed to be done before the FYE; therefore, this REAC inspection on August 10th will be used to score FYE 6/30/2016 - with a Motion from Dewayne Dangerfield and Seconded by Brenda Cherry - Passed 4 -0. Director's Report was as follows: Occupancy Report — 8 vacancies — 3 in make ready process and 5 offerred of which 3 have been accepted. Waiting List — One bedroom — 35 applicants, Two bedroom — 14 applicants, Three bedroom — 3 applicants, and Four bedroom — 0 applicants = Total 52 applicants. There are 52 applicants on the Section 8 Waiting List. Mrs. Ruthart handed
