Underpinning curling under <br />indicating beginning to sink. Shed has tree fallen onto it, inside shows half of <br />roof is gone /collapsed. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare nuisance; demo within 30 days, <br />or city has right to do so. <br />Owner: William Freeman, 286 Creekwood Dr., Sunnyvale TX. Would like to <br />see if shed is reparable, and would like to repair house. <br />The commission discussed the ability to repair the structure with the owner and <br />possibility of demolishing the shed if it was not reparable. <br />Motion made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by Joseph Scott to grant 90 days to <br />repair or demo. Motion carried unanimously. 7 -0 <br />406 SW 9th; City Block 131, Lot 4 <br />Owner: Jason Johansen, 360 16th SW, Paris TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley stated no contact with owner, but certified letter signed for. <br />Missing and deteriorated wood along roof and on the south side and back; <br />unsecure; roof beginning to sag; inside has extensive damage. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare nuisance; demo within 30 days, <br />or city has right to do so. <br />The commission discussed the condition of the property and the structure. <br />Johnny Norris, seconded by Sally McEwin to accept Robert's <br />recommendation. Sherman; City Block 131, Lot 25 <br />Owner: Manuel Darnell, Sr., 355 13th SW, Paris TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley stated Items 3C., 3D., 3E., & 3F, and explained that the properties <br />met the criteria of junk and rubbish ordinance #2017 -009, amending chapters 7 <br />and 17 of the Code of Ordinances, passed and adopted on 03/27/2017. The <br />owner of the property and his attorney were present. Each property was <br />addressed separately. New ordinance was highlighted by Robert Talley, <br />specifically the items included. Also discussed zoning ordinance and zoning <br />map pointing out these properties are not located in a Heavy Industrial zone. <br />This property is in a Light Industrial zone. Junk and rubbish included old truck <br />bed, lumber, metal, concrete, piles of bricks, old metal tanks, screening/caging, <br />galvanized pipe, compressor, tires, machinery parts, barrels, rubbish, litter, carpet, <br />
