<br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR <br /> <br />} <br />} <br />} <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />That the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, a municipal corporation of the County of <br /> <br />Lamar, State of Texas, acting by and through its Mayor, duly authorized by Resolution No. 99- <br /> <br />_, for and in consideration of the sum ofTen and no/100 Dollars ($10.00) cash and other good <br /> <br />and valuable consideration, in cash, to it in hand paid by Donald Morrell the receipt and <br /> <br />sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged; has Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and by these <br /> <br />presents does Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said Donald Morrell of the County of Lamar, State <br /> <br />of Texas, whose mailing address is P. O. Box 777, Paris, Texas 75461 all that certain tract or <br /> <br />parcel of land situated in Lamar County, Texas, and described as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Redding Russell Survey No. 786, being <br />a 4.37 acre tract of land which is a part of Lot 2, City Block 322, being a part of <br />the same property described in deed from E. W. Lovell and wife, Anna Lovell, to <br />the City of Paris, dated February 12, 1935, and recorded in Volume 238, Page <br />621, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />BEGlNNlNG at a set iron rod at the Southwest corner of the said 4.37 acre <br />tract of land, said corner also being in the North right-of-way line of Loop 286, <br />said corner also being N 57" 09' W, a distance of 457.05 feet from a found iron <br />rod at the Southeast corner of the remaining City of Paris acre tract of land; <br />THENCE N 27" 12' 13" E, with the West Boundary Line of the said 4.37 <br />acre tract of land, a distance of 837.96 feet to a found thirty-two inch oak tree at <br />the North corner of the said 4.37 acre tract of land, said corner also being the <br />North corner of the said 7.85 acre tract of land; <br />THENCE N 000 03' 04" E, with the East Boundary Line of the said 4.37 <br />acre tract of land and the East Boundary Line of the said 4.37 acre tract of land, <br />a distance of 993.20 feet to a found iron rod at the Southeast corner of the said <br />4.37 acre tract of land, said corner also being in the North right-of-way line of the <br />said Loop 286, 63.00 feet at right angles from survey station 147+47.31; <br />THENCE N 570 09' W, with the North right-of-way line of the said Loop <br />286, a distance of 457.05 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 4.37 acres <br />of land. <br />The above field notes being taken from an actual survey made on the ground <br />by Kenneth Ray Jones, Register Public Land Surveyor No. 3332 of Texas, January <br /> <br />eXHIBIT A <br />
