<br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-060-A <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 12th day of May, <br />1969, in Ordinance No. 1902, close 4th Street S.E. from the North Boundary Line of Clarksville <br />Street to the South Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 12th day of May, <br />1969, in Resolution No. 1304, authorize the execution of a quit claim deed to the First Methodist <br />Church of Paris for said street; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such quit claim deed was never filed and its whereabouts are unknown, and <br />the City Council of the City of Paris has been presented with a request from First United <br />Methodist Church of Paris, Inc. that a new special warranty deed be executed; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the form of the Special Warranty Deed, attached hereto as Exhibit A, should, <br />in all things, be approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem, Mary Ann Fisher, should be authorized to <br />execute the same; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the <br />Special Warranty Deed to First United Methodist Church of Paris, Inc. conveying 4th Street S.
