<br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-111 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 14th day of June, <br />1999, in Resolution No. 99-060-A, authorize the execution of a Special Warranty Deed to First <br />United Methodist Church of Paris, Inc. conveying 4th Street S.E. from the North Boundary Line <br />of Clarksville Street to the South Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the deed conveying said property incorrectly retained easements across the <br />property and should, therefore, be corrected by the Correction Deed, the form of which is <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A, and the Mayor, Charles Neeley, should be authorized to execute the <br />same; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that form <br />of the Correction Deed to First United Methodist Church of Paris, Inc. conveying 4th Street S.E. <br />from the North Boundary Line of Clarksville Street to the South Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue, <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby, approved; and, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor, Charles H.
