<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />COUNTY OF LAMAR

<br />That, WHEREAS, the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, as grantor did, on or about the
<br />
<br />14th day of June, 1999, execute and deliver to First Uniled Methodist Church of Paris, Inc., as
<br />
<br />grantee, for the consideration therein mentioned, a conveyance of the certain lands situated in
<br />
<br />Lamar County, Texas, and hereinafter more particularly described, which said conveyance is
<br />
<br />recorded in Volume 902, Page 315, Real Propefty Recofds, Lamar County, Texas; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, in said conveyance, by mistake, easements over and across said property were
<br />
<br />incorrectly reserved; and, WHEREAS, to prevent difficulties hereafter, it is expedient to correct
<br />
<br />said error;
<br />
<br />Now, therefore, the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, a municipal corporation of the
<br />
<br />County of Lamar, State of Texas, acting by and through its Mayor Pro Tern, Mary Ann Fisher,
<br />
<br />duly authorized by Resolution No. 99-060-A, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and
<br />
<br />nollOO Dollars ($10.00) cash and othef good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by First
<br />
<br />United Methodist Church of Paris, Inc., the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
<br />
<br />acknowledged; has Granted, Sold, and Conveyed, and by these presents does Grant, Sell, and
<br />

<br />Convey unto the said First United Methodist Church of Paris, Inc. of the County of Lamar, State
<br />
<br />of Texas, whose mailing address is 322 Lamar Avenue, Paris, Texas 75460, all that certain tract

<br />or parcel ofland situated in Lamar County, Texas, and described as follows:

<br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County,
<br />Texas, and being described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at the northeast comer of the intersection of the east boundary
<br />line of 4th Street S.E. and the south boundary line of U.S. Highway 82 (Lamar
<br />Avenue);
