<br />payment to me of any consideration whatsoever, do hereby Give, Grant, Convey, Deliver, and

<br />ConfIrm unto the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, of the County of Lamar, State of Texas,
<br />
<br />whose mailing address is P. 0, Box 9037, Paris, Texas 75461-9037, to be used for recreational
<br />
<br />use only, all that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Lamar County, Texas, and described
<br />
<br />as follows:

<br />TRACT ONE:
<br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br />Lamar, State of Texas, being a part of the Reddin Russell Survey #786, and Larkin
<br />Rattan Survey #778 and being the following tracts of land conveyed P. D. Jefferies:
<br />All of an 8 acre tract of land and a 6 acre tract of land and a part of a 30 acre tract
<br />of land recorded in Volume 259, Page 27; 0.75 acre recorded in Volume 239, Page
<br />540; 1 acre recorded in Volume 254, Page 437; 0.50 acre recorded in Volume 255,
<br />Page 180; 0.24 acre recorded in Volume 300, Page 239, Deed Records, Lamar
<br />County, Texas, also INCLUDED are Blocks 3, 4, and 5 of the Looke Addition,
<br />along with the adjoining streets and alley, and being the same property described
<br />in deed from Rachel J, Faber to R, J, Brannan, et ai, filed for record on March 27,
<br />1981, recorded in Volume 633, Page 487, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas,
<br />and being more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the north boundary line of
<br />Henderson Street at the present southwest corner of said 8 acre tract of land;
<br />THENCE along the north boundary line of said Henderson Street as
<br />follows: South 69 Deg. 30 Min. East a distance of 1198 feet; South 63 Deg, 30
<br />Min. East a distance of 269 feet; South 67 Deg. East a distance of 56 feet; South
<br />76 Deg. East a distance of 56 feet to an iron pin for corner at the present southeast
<br />corner of said 0,24 acre tract of land;
<br />THENCE North a distance of 201 feet to an iron pin for corner at the
<br />northeast corner of said 0.24 acre tract of land;
<br />THENCE North 86 Deg. 30 Min. East a distance of 340,6 feet to an iron
<br />pin for corner at the most easterly southeast corner of said 6 acre tract of land;
<br />THENCE North a distance of 460 feet to an iron pin for corner at the
<br />northeast corner of said 6 acre tract of land;
