<br />SAVE, EXCEPT, AND LESS: Two tracts of land previously conveyed out of the
<br />above-referenced tracts, the same consisting of 1.262 acres of land, more or less,
<br />and 5,0175 acres of land, more or less, such tracts as having been previously
<br />conveyed being further described as follows:

<br />TRACT ONE:
<br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br />Lamar, State of Texas, a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey #778, and being a part
<br />of a 41,70 acre tract of land conveyed R. J. Brannan by deed recorded in Volume
<br />633, Page 485, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a concrete marker for comer in the north boundary line
<br />of Henderson Street at the southwest corner of said 41.70 acre tract of land;
<br />THENCE South 70 Deg. 25 Min. East along the north boundary line of said
<br />Henderson Street a distance of 579,5 feet to a concrete marker for corner;
<br />THENCE North a distance of 100.7 feet to a concrete marker for corner;
<br />THENCE North 70 Deg. 25 Min. West a distance of 578.7 feet to a
<br />concrete marker for corner;
<br />THENCE South 0 Deg, 27 Min, West along the most westerly west
<br />boundary line of said 41. 70 acre tract ofland a distance of 100,5 feet to the place

<br />Lamar, State of Texas, a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey #778 and the Reddin
<br />Russell Survey #786, and being a part of a 41,70 acre tract of land conveyed R, J,
<br />Brannan by deed recorded in Volume 633, Page 485, Deed Records, Lamar
<br />County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a concrete marker (f) for corner in the west boundary line
<br />of said 41.70 acre tract at the northwest corner of Lot I, Block "A," Brannan
<br />Addition, said Addition being recorded in Envelope 249-A, Plat Records, Lamar
<br />County, Texas;
<br />THENCE North 0 Deg, 01 Min. East along a fence a distance of 676 feet
<br />to an iron pin (f) for corner at the westerly northwest corner of said 41.70 acre
<br />tract;
<br />THENCE North 89 Deg, 48 Min, East along a fence along the westerly
<br />north boundary line of said 41.70 acre tract a distance of 296 feet to an iron pin (s)
