City of Paris, or her designee, and reduced to a written schedule in the form of Exhibit A, attached hereto; and the schedule may be amended upon agreement of the same parties. In the event CITY does not have available transportation, CITY shall, in the alternative, provide only the part-time recreation aide at the compensation and for the hours stated above, and PHA shall provide the transportation. If it becomes necessary for PHA to provide such transportation services, the amount for mileage stated herein shall be excluded from the amount paid to CITY, 2. PHA agrees to pay and CITY agrees to accept $4,543.00 for one year of said service as follows: only in the event CITY has available transportation, $1,488.00 for four thousand nine hundred sixty (4,960) miles of round-trip transportation from public housing; $2,275.00 for three hundred twenty-five (325) hours of service by the part-time driver-recreation aide; and $780.00 for membership fees for seventy-eight (78) children at $10.00 per child. 3. This agreement shall be effective and the term hereof shall commence on the 1st day of February, 2000, and shall end on the 31st day of January, 2001. 4. In the event that PHA desires continued services beyond the term of this agreement, PHA shall give written notice to CITY on or before ninety (90) days before the termination date of this agreement of its desire for such service for an additional term, and, upon receipt of said notice, CITY will assist in making application for grants, if available. If no grant is available, CITY will deliver to PHA, within thirty (30) days, the annual cost at which CITY could provide services, and thereafter, on or before thirty (30) days from the termination date of this agreement, PHA will execute the agreement for services for an additional annual term upon the same terms and conditions as stated herein at the cost stated in the new agreement. 2
