<br />Section 3. That the form of the Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant Waiver of <br />Application, attached hereto as Exhibit A be and the same is hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 4. That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br />on behalf of the City of Paris, the Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant Waiver of <br />Application, under the terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein for all purposes. <br /> <br />Section 5. That the City of Paris's participation in the Juvenile Crime Enforcement <br />Coalition created by Lamar County be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> <br />Section 6. That the Chief of the Paris Police Department be and he is hereby appointed <br />to serve as the representative of the City of Paris on the Lamar County Juvenile Crime <br />Enforcement Coalition. <br /> <br />Section 7.
