Red phone booth that was ordered by VCC to be used as an outside Kiosk for information ca;nn:ot be <br />used' outside. Back panel just not sturdy enough, and we, did not know this until it was delivered to Civic <br />Center. It is for sale and price will be determined at a later date, <br />Security Cameras are completed in the Civic Center office to show the grounds around the, Eiffel Tower <br />and inside the Civic Center. <br />Ken Higdon, Randy Nation and Kern Wright met with George Wood of the Red River Val'ley Veterans <br />Memorial to discuss and clarify what the security cameras for Love Civic Center could be used for, and <br />suggestions were: that it would be best for the Memorial' to have separate cameras for their use. <br />Contract Modification for Love Civic Center was reviewed and suggestions were made for a few verbiage <br />changes and after changes made, motion to approve Contract Modification wais made by Casey Ressler <br />and seconded by Kenneth Webb. All approved. <br />Randy reported that the Bike Ki05k has been in operation for 6 weeks and has had 954 rentals to date, <br />8/10/17, <br />Sign with instructions to be mounted soon, Corrections had! to be modified for installation. <br />Ken reported about need for CPR and First Aid equipment at Civic Center and John Godwin, City <br />Manager had stated that the City would pay half for this equipment that would be installed at the Civic <br />Center. <br />Kenneth Webb suggested: that staff check with St. Joseph's Foundation to see if they would donate one <br />to Civic Center, Staff will move forward to check on Kenneth's suggestion. <br />Motion was made to approve Bylaws by Kenneth Webb and seconded by Linda Kapp. <br />All approved . <br />Appointment of new Board members was shared with Board, They are Troy, Scholl taking another term, <br />Board, and Seconded by Kenneth Webb., All' approved. <br />Meeting adjourned at 4:55 pm. <br />
