8. Aircraft Rental, Four planes available for rental. <br />i. Agricul.titral Operat -ions. (Crop dusting) <br />a. Two operators on field to service agricultural <br />area. <br />b. Separate facilities provided for the use of <br />agricultural operations, <br />10. Aircraft Sales <br />a, Fixed. Base Operator is authorized dealer for <br />Piper aircraft. However, no provision for <br />service is available on airport. <br />11. Aircraft storage and tie -down inadequate. <br />a. This deficiency demands immediate attention, <br />as transient aircraft cannot be hangared. <br />b. It is recommended that hangar space be made <br />availably: for corporate aircraft which call <br />on Paris business and industries, as these <br />aircraft are being flown to Dallas for <br />overnight storage. <br />c. T Hangar (for individual aircraft) construction <br />should be uniform in appearance, it is rec- <br />ommended that specifications and leasing re- <br />quirements be adopted, in order to stimulate <br />the orderly construction of hangars for small <br />aircraft. <br />12. Runways and Taxiways are above average. <br />a. There is need for constant care to keep the <br />above in good condition. Fence at end of <br />runway was object of complaint by F.A.A., <br />and it is recommended that this fence be re- <br />located as soon as possible. <br />b. Runway lights are adequate, but there is a <br />need for the addition of taxiway lighting. <br />c. F.A.A. has recommended the installation of <br />lighted windsock. <br />2 <br />
