MINUTES <br />AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD <br />TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 1986 <br />COX FIELD TERMINAL <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. by Chairman Boothe with the <br />following members in attendance: <br />J.W. Ashmore, Secretary <br />Bill Boothe, Chairman <br />Joe Burress <br />Members absent: None <br />Greta Grebb <br />Jim Collier, Apt. Mgr. <br />Erie Clifford <br />The minutes of the July meeting were approved as written. <br />Old Business: <br />1. Report on the gravel road: There has been no progress on this discussion. <br />2. Airport Authority Proposal: The board plans to have a workshop on this <br />matter on October 7 at 4:00 P.M.in order to educate the board on this <br />item. <br />3. Report on Fueling Ordinance: No action has been taken by the board <br />toward recommending a revised ordinance to the city. <br />4. Report on DME Antenna: The DME is operational at this time. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />1. Susan Kennemer, the new agent for Executive Express, was introduced to <br />the board by Jim Collier. She gave the schedule for flights in and out <br />of Paris. The board received this schedule as information only. <br />2. New Permits: <br />a. Executive Express requests a FAR 135 Permit. THe board recommends <br />approval by the City Council of this permit. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 P.M. <br />
