Mr. Boxwell told the Board he has held a permit from the City of Paris for <br />two years to do business at Cox Field in the area of aircraft maintenance <br />and inspection. <br />Mr. Sadler told the Board he has over 10,000 hours flying time and is <br />currently flying pipeline inspections. He has bachlors degrees in aviation <br />management and business management. He is writing his disertation for his <br />masters degree in aviation management. <br />The proposal consisted of three phases each suceeding phase depending on the <br />sucess of the previous for implementation. <br />PHASE ONE 1984 -1985. <br />Fuel Sales <br />Auto Rental <br />Full Service Maintenance <br />Red Carpet Service <br />Vending Machines - Food <br />Aircraft Parts <br />Engine Rebuilding <br />Aircraft Washing and Waxing <br />Uniformed Line Personnel <br />Promotional activities <br />A. Chamber of Commerce Co- Ordination <br />PHASE TWO 1985 -1986 <br />Aircraft Rentals <br />Restaurant <br />Aircraft Sales (Used) <br />Pilots lounge <br />Counter sales <br />Charter <br />PHASE THREE 1986 -1987 <br />Group Charters <br />Paint Shop <br />Upholstery Shop <br />Dr. Keller expressed support for this endeavor and recommended the City accept <br />the proposal. The motion was made by Mr. Burress and seconded by Mr. Boothe: <br />MOTION: If it is economically feasable for the City to enter into an <br />agreement with Mr. Boxwell and Mr. Sadler, the Board recommends the City <br />accept their proposal to become FBO's at Cox Field because this will serve <br />to produce the desired improvements at the Airport. This was unanimously <br />approved. <br />4. Review of the Airport Inspection from the FAA - Dr. Keller stated he is <br />concerned about chemical storage at the Airport due to the FAA complaint on <br />this matter. Mr. Collier stated he has a call into the FAA inspector Ed <br />Rancourt. <br />The meeting adjourned. <br />Kristina Campbell, Secretary <br />
