Mr. Boxwell told the Board he has held a permit from the City of Paris for <br />two years to do business at Cox Field in the area of aircraft maintenance <br />and inspection. <br />Mr. Sadler told the Board he has over 10,000 hours flying time and is <br />currently flying pipeline inspections. He has bachlors degrees in aviation <br />management and business management. The motion was made by Mr. Burress and seconded by Mr. Boothe: <br />MOTION: If it is economically feasable for the City to enter into an <br />agreement with Mr. Boxwell and Mr. Sadler, the Board recommends the City <br />accept their proposal to become FBO's at Cox Field because this will serve <br />to produce the desired improvements at the Airport. This was unanimously <br />approved. <br />4. Review of the Airport Inspection from the FAA - Dr. Keller stated he is <br />concerned about chemical storage at the Airport due to the FAA complaint on <br />this matter.
