The Commission can also grant a continuance if it is <br />warranted. Mr. Lestock cautioned the Commission about granting too many <br />continuances. He also stated that granting multiple continuances on the same case <br />can be a problem. Continuances over thirty days must be issued only because of <br />the scope or complexity of the work. In these cases the property owner must <br />present the Commission with a plan and/or schedule for the work. <br />5.
