Harrell Tippitt made a motion that the building be demolished within 60 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 60 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Greg Wilson seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />C. 3433 d Street S.E., Lot 1, City Block 117 <br />Mrs. Connie Justice was present. She stated that the building had been <br />demolished and all debris had been removed. <br />Greg Wilson made a motion that no action be taken, as Mrs. Justice had <br />complied with the request of Code Enforcement and demolished the <br />building. Harrell Tippitt seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />D. 436 W. Provine Street, Lot 11, City Block 99 <br />There were no comments from the audience concerning this property. <br />Patrick Brown made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Greg Wilson seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />E. 653 4h Street N.W., Lot 10, City Block 89 -A <br />There were no comments from the audience concerning this property. <br />Greg Wilson made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Harrell Tippitt seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously <br />4. Status of the properties that the Commission has issued orders. <br />Lisa Wright addressed the Commission and stated that she would distribute this <br />very lengthy report by e -mail to each of the commissioners. <br />5.
