C. 168112 th Street NE, Lot 4, Block F, East Park Addition <br />Mary Crumpler made a motion that the building be repaired within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Ryan Lassiter seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />D. 14206 th Street NE, Lot 1, Block 1 -A, Williams Addition <br />Chad Brown made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Mary Crumpler seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />E. 805, 807, 815, 818 5th Street NE, Lots 6 & 6A, Block 75 -A <br />Harrell Tippitt made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Brad Archer seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />F. 319 W. Neagle, Lot 5, Block B, Subdivision of Block 170 -B <br />Chad Brown made a motion that the building be demolished within 90 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 90 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Ryan Lassiter seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />G. 328 W. Neagle, Lot 4, Block A, Subdivision of Block 170 -B <br />Ryan Lasssiter made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Mary Crumpler seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />H. 3394 1h Street SW, Lot 26, City Block 118 <br />Mr. McCollough spoke on behalf of the property. There is some question <br />concerning the ownership of the property. The City Attorney's office will <br />assist Code Enforcement in sorting out this issue. <br />Greg Wilson made a motion to table this issue for 30 days.
